Which Gympass Vs White

gympass-review

Health and wellness are two very important things that nobody should neglect. However, with how the world works, only the most dedicated people have the time to do regular exercise and meditation. People are often so busy working that they don’t have the time to exercise, and instead use it for resting.

While it is not a company’s business regarding what their employees do in their free time, it would be in their interest to guide them toward a healthier and more active direction. After all, it is well known that regular exercise promotes health, and with healthy employees mean better results for the company.

It would be wrong for a company to force employees to exercise. Unless it is the army or some kind of job that requires its employees to be physically fit, such a requirement is not really necessary.

What is the best way to do this? Well, a good place to start would be to guide them toward what you want. It is important to offer them a way to exercise or go to the gym that is easy and convenient.

That is where Gympass comes in.

What is Gympass? Which Gympass Vs White

Gympass is a health and fitness platform and application that helps users follow an active lifestyle. Gympass allows users to access different tools that can help them live a healthy life.

It is the brainchild of three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa, and Vinicius Ferriani. Currently, these three serve as the higher-ups of the Gympass echelon.

Carvalho currently holds the Global Chief Executive Officer position and is currently located in New York City, New York. Joao Barbosa takes over the task as the Global Head of Partnerships or Gyms and is currently living in Milan, Lombardia, Italy. Lastly, Ferriani serves as a board member and adviser.

More often than not, it is the lack of easy access to something that discourages people from doing that certain thing.

Take the early days of Netflix, for example. When Netflix and online streaming was still in their infancy, there was a noticeable drop in piracy rate. This was because people finally found a single platform that carried everything they wanted to watch.

When other streaming platforms were introduced in the market and made certain films or shows exclusive to their platforms, people once again found it difficult to access certain shows.

Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.

Despite the oversaturation of streaming platforms, piracy returned to a record high.

So how does this connect with Gympass? Well, think of it as an allegory.

Imagine if Gympass is the streaming platform while the different gyms and other health-related services are the different shows and channels. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?

Gympass, as a platform, provides access to thousands of gyms and fitness studios worldwide. These even include personal trainers and nutritionists all in one service. Users have no excuse to fail in their fitness goals with the help of this range of resources and features.

Gympass also offers workout plans, tracking tools and support from a large Gympass community.

Gympass, not Classpass

One of Gympass’s main competitions is Classpass. It is easy to see why, as both of them have similar-sounding names. However, one of their biggest differences is in which market they target and how they are offered.

Gympass, as the name suggests, is a service that sells services to companies and businesses to be used by employees. As an individual, you cannot buy a Gympass Subscription. Classpass is for individuals only.

Gympass can be considered as a complete corporate platform that helps companies ensure the health and well-being of their employees. It can be used to meet the health and lifestyle needs of the entire team and their families.

When an employer gives Gympass benefits to its employees, it gives the best well-being brand to their fingertips. As such, Gympass aims to make well-being universal and accessible no matter the person.

This makes Gympass an important force in the fitness industry. This unique system could revolutionize attitudes regarding health and well-being. It will not only positively impact the physical and mental health of the workforce but also have the potential to improve their mental health.

Between the date you began using the app and the billing date for your company, you will be responsible for paying the entire amount and the proportional values.

Looking for a Gym

After you have created a Gympass account, and activated your plan it is now time to start using it. Of course, the first step would be to find a gym to work out in.

Looking for a gym is a very straightforward process.

On your Gympass App, click on Search and then browse the map. Of course, your GPS must be turned on and activated for the app to work correctly and accurately.

You can also look for a gym by searching for an address, activity, or by its name. Even when searching for a gym, you will need a Gympass account to see which one is connected to their network. Which Gympass Vs White

The map will then pull up and indicate the closest partner gyms from your GPS location. If you want to find out more details about the gym, click on the purple dots.

Click on the name of the partner gym to view which plans and activities are available.

Gympass: Check in

Once you have found your gym, it’s time to check-in and use your Gympass.

Check-in in is the only way to access a gym, do an activity, or join a live class. You must be present at the studio or gym before you can check in. The location is approximately 100m away.

Check-in should also be done on your cell phone with the Gympass App.

After arriving at the activity’s site, open Gympass App. Click on the “Check in” tab. Select the current location and confirm your check in.

Sometimes the studio or gym may not show up in your app. Check the following to see if this happens:

  1. Your plan is active
  2. The gym is part of your plan
  3. If the address of the gym in the App matches your geolocation address in your phone,

You can only check-in once per day. You can only visit one gym each day. But you can also go to different gyms in one month. Which Gympass Vs White

For Partner Apps, you do not need to check-in. Using them is free; you can access them whenever you want.

Managing Dependent Accounts

One good thing about Gympass is that it allows you to include your dependents in the app. However, this feature will depend on the discretion of your company. If your company offers this feature, then you are in luck.

Check your profile settings to see if this option is available. A “dependents tab” should appear if your company offers it. If not, you are not allowed to add family members to your Gympass account.

To manage the accounts of your family members, first, you must check if your plan is active. You can then register them. You can then create a password to activate a plan.

Up next, you must add a payment method for each family member. You can only add three dependents to Gympass. Only your partner and children are considered as dependents.

Each family member will have their own profile and account. These accounts will work in the same manner as regular Gympass accounts. They can search for gyms, check in for activities, and more. Which Gympass Vs White

Just because they have an account does not mean they can enjoy it permanently. A corporate user can cancel or change a plan for a family member.

Gympass Experience

I was lucky enough to be given access to Gympass in my work. It was an added benefit so I tried it.

Naturally, I subscribed first to the most economical plan, which was the starter plan.

One thing I would advise is that if you plan to avail of their service, You should check out which gyms and studios are available first. In my case, I was lucky enough that there were a few who were partnering with Gympass in my area.

That said, there were times when I needed to travel, and that was when I arrived at my destination. The gyms were only available for their higher plans. So during those times, I was out of luck.

Thankfully, virtual trainers were available for me during that period, and I took advantage of those. These sessions can only be booked up to eight per month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.

One thing I like about Gympass is that I must check in daily. Otherwise I have to pay a fee for missed appointments. I was incentivized to stick with my workout regimens. Lo and behold, I’ve lost a lot of weight since starting the service. Which Gympass Vs White

As of today, I’m still using the app. In fact, I have since upgraded my plan. And I can say I am very happy that I did. Upgrading my plan allowed me to access more gyms and be studious. These studios provided interesting activities that were most enjoyable.
