Health and wellness are two very important things that nobody should neglect. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. Often, people are too busy working that what they have time for exercise is used for resting.
Although it is not the company’s responsibility to determine what employees do with their time, it would be in their best interest to help them move in a more active and healthy direction. Regular exercise is known to improve health and lead to better company results.
It would be wrong for a company to force employees to exercise. Unless it is the army or some kind of job that requires its employees to be physically fit, such a requirement is not really necessary.
What is the best way to do this? It is a good idea to help them find what they want. It is best to provide them with a good and accessible way to pursue exercise or go to the gym.
That is where Gympass comes in.
For those of you who prefer a more visual experience, here is a video review from Adriano Pianesi on his YouTube channel. To get a comprehensive overview of Gympass, you may still want to check out our article below.
What is Gympass? Usc Gympass
Gympass is a health and fitness platform and application that helps users follow an active lifestyle. Gympass allows users to access different tools that can help them live a healthy life.
It is the brainchild of three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa and Vinicius Feriani. These three are currently the highest-ranking members of the Gympass echelon.
Carvalho currently holds the Global Chief Executive Officer position and is currently located in New York City, New York. Joao Barbosa assumes the role of Global Head of Partnerships/Gyms. He is currently residing in Milan, Lombardia. Lastly, Ferriani serves as a board member and adviser.
Often, people are discouraged by the difficulty of accessing something.
Consider the early days for Netflix. There was a drop in piracy rates when Netflix and online streaming were still in their infancy. This was because people finally found a single platform that carried everything they wanted to watch.
People were again unable to access certain shows when other streaming platforms came on the scene and made certain films or shows available only to them.
Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.
Despite the oversaturation of streaming platforms, piracy returned to a record high.
So how does this connect with Gympass? Well, think of it as an allegory.
Imagine if Gympass is the streaming platform while the different gyms and other health-related services are the different shows and channels. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?
Gympass is a platform that allows you to access thousands of fitness studios and gyms around the world. You can even get personal trainers and nutritionists through one platform. Users have no excuse to fail in their fitness goals with the help of this range of resources and features.
Other highlights that Gympass provides include workout plans, tracking tools, and support from a huge Gympass Community.

Managing Dependent Accounts
One good thing about Gympass is that it allows you to include your dependents in the app. However, this feature will depend on the discretion of your company. This feature may be offered by your company.
Check your profile settings to see if this option is available. If your company offers this feature, a “dependents tab” should be visible. If not, you are not allowed to add family members to your Gympass account.
To manage the accounts of your family members, first, you must check if your plan is active. You can then register them. You can then create a password to activate a plan.
Up next, you must add a payment method for each family member. The maximum number of dependents you can add in Gympass is three persons. Only your partner and children are considered as dependents.
Each member of the family will have their own profile. These accounts will work in the same manner as regular Gympass accounts. They can search for gyms, check in for activities, and more. Usc Gympass

Gympass Experience
Gympass was an option that I was able to use in my job. It was an added benefit so I tried it.
Naturally, I subscribed first to the most economical plan, which was the starter plan.
One thing I would advise is that if you plan to avail of their service, You should check out which gyms and studios are available first. My case was fortunate enough to find a few Gympass partners in my area.
That said, there were times when I needed to travel, and that was when I arrived at my destination. Only the higher plans had access to the gyms. During those times, I was out luck.
Virtual trainers were readily available during this time, which I was able to take advantage of. For these sessions, you can only book up to eight a month. So you put a conscious effort if you want to book those from time to time.
Gympass has one thing that I love: I have to check in every day. If I miss an appointment, I must pay a fee. This kind of incentivized me to follow my workout routines. Lo and behold, I’ve lost a lot of weight since starting the service. Usc Gympass
The app is still available to me as of today. Actually, I upgraded my plan. And I’m very happy I did. I was able to use more gyms and study at my new plan. Some of these studios offered interesting activities, and most of them were enjoyable.

Gympass might be the future of fitness and active lifestyle, especially for employees. They have figured out a way to really promote health and wellness to employees of a company.
With Gympass, it seems like everybody wins, and nobody loses. The employee gets to stay fit, while the employer can keep them happy and boost their activity, energy, and performance.
As a result, it seems like both the employee and the employer have gotten their money’s worth for the service.
I guess the only glaring downside would be the fact that it is unavailable to single users. Gympass seems to have found a solution that works for them, as they are now making more money from their business model.
