Health and wellness are two very important things that nobody should neglect. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. People are often so busy working that they don’t have the time to exercise, and instead use it for resting.
Although it is not the company’s responsibility to determine what employees do with their time, it would be in their best interest to help them move in a more active and healthy direction. Regular exercise is known to improve health and lead to better company results.
It would be wrong for a company to force employees to exercise. This is not necessary unless the company has an army or other job that requires employees to be fit.
What is the best way to do this? It is a good idea to help them find what they want. It is important to offer them a way to exercise or go to the gym that is easy and convenient.
This is where Gympass steps in.
Here is a video from Adriano’s YouTube channel for those who like to see things. You may want to read our article for a more comprehensive review of Gympass.
What is Gympass? The Gym Sign In
Gympass, a platform and app for health and fitness that encourages users to live an active lifestyle, is Gympass. Gympass makes it possible for users to have access to different tools that allow for a healthy lifestyle.
It was the brainchild three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa and Vinicius Feriani. Currently, these three serve as the higher-ups of the Gympass echelon.
Carvalho is currently the Global Chief Executive Officer and is currently based in New York City. Joao Barbosa takes over the task as the Global Head of Partnerships or Gyms and is currently living in Milan, Lombardia, Italy. Ferriani is also a member of the board and an adviser.
Often, people are discouraged by the difficulty of accessing something.
Consider the early days for Netflix. When Netflix and online streaming was still in their infancy, there was a noticeable drop in piracy rate. This was because people finally found a single platform that carried everything they wanted to watch.
People were again unable to access certain shows when other streaming platforms came on the scene and made certain films or shows available only to them.
The competition and over-saturation of these websites made it difficult (read expensive) for people to access the media they wanted, as such, many returned to piracy.
Despite the oversaturation of streaming platforms, piracy returned to a record high.
How does this relate to Gympass? It can be viewed as an allegory.
Imagine Gympass being the streaming platform and the various gyms and health-related services the channels and shows. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?
Gympass is a platform that allows you to access thousands of fitness studios and gyms around the world. You can even get personal trainers and nutritionists through one platform. Users have no excuse to fail in their fitness goals with the help of this range of resources and features.

Now that you have registered for a Gympass account and have activated your plan, it is time to use it. Of course, the first step would be to find a gym to work out in.
It is easy to find a gym.
On your Gympass App, click on Search and then browse the map. Of course, your GPS must be turned on and activated for the app to work correctly and accurately.
You can also look for a gym by searching for an address, activity, or by its name. Even when searching for a gym, you will need a Gympass account to see which one is connected to their network. The Gym Sign In
The map will then pull up and indicate the closest partner gyms from your GPS location. If you want to find out more details about the gym, click on the purple dots.
Click on the name of the partner gym to view which plans and activities are available.
Gympass: Check in
Once you have found your gym, it’s time to check-in and use your Gympass.
Check-in in is the only way to access a gym, do an activity, or join a live class. You must be present at the studio or gym before you can check in. A good distance is about 100 meters near the location.
Check-in should also be done on your cell phone with the Gympass App.
Upon arriving at the activity’s location, open your Gympass App and then click on the “Check In” tab. Select the current location and confirm your check in.
Sometimes, the gym or studio may not appear in your app. If this happens, check if the following:
- Your plan is active
- Your plan should include a gym
- If the address of the gym in the App matches your geolocation address in your phone,
You can only check-in once per day. You can only visit one gym each day. But you can also go to different gyms in one month. The Gym Sign In
For Partner Apps, you do not need to check-in. Using them is free; you can access them whenever you want.
Managing Dependent Accounts
One good thing about Gympass is that it allows you to include your dependents in the app. This feature is at the company’s discretion. This feature may be offered by your company.
Check your profile settings to see if this option is available. If your company offers this feature, a “dependents tab” should be visible. If not, you are not allowed to add family members to your Gympass account.
First, check to see if your plan has been activated before you can manage the accounts for your family members. Then, you can register them. You can then create a password to activate a plan.
Up next, you must add a payment method for each family member. You can only add three dependents to Gympass. Your partner and your children are not considered dependents.
Each family member will have their own profile and account. These accounts will work in the same manner as regular Gympass accounts. They can search for gyms, check in for activities, and more. The Gym Sign In
They can’t enjoy their account forever just because they have one. The corporate user can still change or cancel a plan for a family member.

Gympass Experience
Gympass was an option that I was able to use in my job. It was an added benefit so I tried it.
Of course, I first subscribed to the most affordable plan, which is the starter plan.
One thing I would advise is that if you plan to avail of their service, You should check out which gyms and studios are available first. In my case, I was lucky enough that there were a few who were partnering with Gympass in my area.
That said, there were times when I needed to travel, and that was when I arrived at my destination. The gyms were only available for their higher plans. During those times, I was out luck.
Virtual trainers were readily available during this time, which I was able to take advantage of. For these sessions, you can only book up to eight a month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.
Gympass has one thing that I love: I have to check in every day. If I miss an appointment, I must pay a fee. I was incentivized to stick with my workout regimens. Since I started the service, I have lost a lot of weight. The Gym Sign In
As of today, I’m still using the app. Actually, I upgraded my plan. And I can say I am very happy that I did. I was able to use more gyms and study at my new plan. Some of these studios offered interesting activities, and most of them were enjoyable.
