Health and wellness are two very important things that nobody should neglect. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. People are often so busy working that they don’t have the time to exercise, and instead use it for resting.
While it is not a company’s business regarding what their employees do in their free time, it would be in their interest to guide them toward a healthier and more active direction. After all, it is well known that regular exercise promotes health, and with healthy employees mean better results for the company.
It would be wrong for a company to force employees to exercise. Unless it is the army or some kind of job that requires its employees to be physically fit, such a requirement is not really necessary.
So what would be a good way to go about this? Well, a good place to start would be to guide them toward what you want. It is best to provide them with a good and accessible way to pursue exercise or go to the gym.
That is where Gympass comes in.
Here is a video from Adriano’s YouTube channel for those who like to see things. You may want to read our article for a more comprehensive review of Gympass.
What is Gympass? Shipt Gympass
Gympass, a platform and app for health and fitness that encourages users to live an active lifestyle, is Gympass. Gympass makes it possible for users to have access to different tools that allow for a healthy lifestyle.
It was the brainchild three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa, and Vinicius Ferriani. These three are currently the highest-ranking members of the Gympass echelon.
Carvalho is currently the Global Chief Executive Officer and is currently based in New York City. Joao Barbosa takes over the task as the Global Head of Partnerships or Gyms and is currently living in Milan, Lombardia, Italy. Ferriani is also a member of the board and an adviser.
More often than not, it is the lack of easy access to something that discourages people from doing that certain thing.
Take the early days of Netflix, for example. There was a drop in piracy rates when Netflix and online streaming were still in their infancy. This was because people finally found a single platform that carried everything they wanted to watch.
When other streaming platforms were introduced in the market and made certain films or shows exclusive to their platforms, people once again found it difficult to access certain shows.
Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.
Despite streaming platforms becoming saturated, piracy has returned to an all-time high.
So how does this connect with Gympass? Well, think of it as an allegory.
Imagine Gympass being the streaming platform and the various gyms and health-related services the channels and shows. It would make sense for people who have easy access to the gym to go to the gym.
Gympass is a platform that allows you to access thousands of fitness studios and gyms around the world. These even include personal trainers and nutritionists all in one service. With its range of features and resources, users have little excuse for why they should fail in their fitness goals.
Other highlights that Gympass provides include workout plans, tracking tools, and support from a huge Gympass Community.

Gympass, not Classpass
Classpass is Gympass’s most popular competition. Both have similar names, which is why it is easy to understand why. However, one of their biggest differences is in which market they target and how they are offered.
To put it bluntly, Gympass is a service that sells its services to businesses and companies to be offered as a benefit to their employees. A Gympass Subscription is not available to individuals. Classpass is for individuals only.
Gympass is a corporate platform that helps companies to ensure their employees’ health and well-being. It can be used to meet the health and lifestyle needs of the entire team and their families.
When an employer gives Gympass benefits to its employees, it gives the best well-being brand to their fingertips. Gympass strives to make well-being accessible and universal for all people.
This makes Gympass an important force in the fitness industry. This unique system could revolutionize attitudes regarding health and well-being. Not only will it positively impact the physical health of the workforce, but it also has the potential to benefit their mental health too.

Are you looking for a gym?
After you have created a Gympass account, and activated your plan it is now time to start using it. The first thing you need to do is find a gym where you can exercise.
Looking for a gym is a very straightforward process.
Click on Search in your Gympass app and then browse the map. Of course, your GPS must be turned on and activated for the app to work correctly and accurately.
You can also look for a gym by searching for an address, activity, or by its name. To find a gym that is connected to the network, you’ll need a Gympass Account. Shipt Gympass
The map will then pull up and indicate the closest partner gyms from your GPS location. Click on the purple dots to learn more about the gym.
Click on the name of the partner gym to view which plans and activities are available.
Checking in to Gympass
Now that you’ve found your gym, it is time to check in and use your Gympass.
You can only access a gym, participate in an activity or take part in a class if you check-in. You must be present at the studio or gym before you can check in. A good distance is about 100 meters near the location.
You can also check-in on your mobile phone using the Gympass App.
After arriving at the activity’s site, open Gympass App. Click on the “Check in” tab. Select the current location and confirm your check in.
Sometimes the studio or gym may not show up in your app. If this happens, check if the following:
- Your plan is active
- The gym is part of your plan
- If the gym’s address in the App matches the geolocation address in your cell phone
You can only check-in once per day. This means you can only visit one gym per day. You can visit multiple gyms within a single month. Shipt Gympass
You don’t need to log-in for Partner Apps. They are free to use and you can access them at any time.
Managing Dependent Accounts
Gympass allows you to add your dependents into the app. This is a great feature. However, this feature will depend on the discretion of your company. This feature may be offered by your company.
You can check if this feature is available by looking at your profile settings. If your company offers this feature, a “dependents tab” should be visible. If not, you are not allowed to add family members to your Gympass account.
To manage the accounts of your family members, first, you must check if your plan is active. Then, you can register them. Create a password and then activate a plan.
Next, add a payment method to each member of your family. The maximum number of dependents you can add in Gympass is three persons. Only your partner and children are considered as dependents.
Each family member will have their own profile and account. These accounts will work in the same manner as regular Gympass accounts. They can search for gyms, check in for activities, and more. Shipt Gympass
Just because they have an account does not mean they can enjoy it permanently. The corporate user can still change or cancel a plan for a family member.

Gympass Experience
Gympass was an option that I was able to use in my job. Since it was already an added benefit, I went ahead and tried it.
Naturally, I subscribed first to the most economical plan, which was the starter plan.
One thing I would advise is that if you plan to avail of their service, You should check out which gyms and studios are available first. In my case, I was lucky enough that there were a few who were partnering with Gympass in my area.
Nevertheless, I did need to travel at times. That was when I reached my destination. The gyms were only available for their higher plans. So during those times, I was out of luck.
Virtual trainers were readily available during this time, which I was able to take advantage of. For these sessions, you can only book up to eight a month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.
Gympass has one thing that I love: I have to check in every day. If I miss an appointment, I must pay a fee. This kind of incentivized me to follow my workout routines. Since I started the service, I have lost a lot of weight. Shipt Gympass
As of today, I’m still using the app. Actually, I upgraded my plan. And I’m very happy I did. Upgrading my plan allowed me to access more gyms and be studious. These studios provided interesting activities that were most enjoyable.

Gympass Final Thoughts
Gympass could be the future for fitness and an active lifestyle, especially for employees. They have figured out a way to really promote health and wellness to employees of a company.
Gympass seems to be a win-win situation. Employees can stay fit while employers can boost employee activity and energy.
As a result, it seems like both the employee and the employer have gotten their money’s worth for the service.
I guess the only glaring downside would be the fact that it is unavailable to single users. However, since Gympass has been earning more money with its business model, it seems that they have finally found something working for them.
