Health and wellness are two very important things that nobody should neglect. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. People are often so busy working that they don’t have the time to exercise, and instead use it for resting.
Although it is not the company’s responsibility to determine what employees do with their time, it would be in their best interest to help them move in a more active and healthy direction. Regular exercise is known to improve health and lead to better company results.
However, it would be wrong if the company mandates employees and forces them to an exercise regimen. Unless it is the army or some kind of job that requires its employees to be physically fit, such a requirement is not really necessary.
What is the best way to do this? Well, a good place to start would be to guide them toward what you want. It is best to provide them with a good and accessible way to pursue exercise or go to the gym.
This is where Gympass steps in.

What is Gympass? Gyms With Free Guest Passes
Gympass, a platform and app for health and fitness that encourages users to live an active lifestyle, is Gympass. Gympass allows users to access different tools that can help them live a healthy life.
It was the brainchild three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa, and Vinicius Ferriani. These three are currently the highest-ranking members of the Gympass echelon.
Carvalho is currently the Global Chief Executive Officer and is currently based in New York City. Joao Barbosa assumes the role of Global Head of Partnerships/Gyms. He is currently residing in Milan, Lombardia. Lastly, Ferriani serves as a board member and adviser.
Often, people are discouraged by the difficulty of accessing something.
Take the early days of Netflix, for example. When Netflix and online streaming was still in their infancy, there was a noticeable drop in piracy rate. This was because people finally found a single platform that carried everything they wanted to watch.
People were again unable to access certain shows when other streaming platforms came on the scene and made certain films or shows available only to them.
Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.
Despite streaming platforms becoming saturated, piracy has returned to an all-time high.
So how does this connect with Gympass? Well, think of it as an allegory.
Imagine Gympass being the streaming platform and the various gyms and health-related services the channels and shows. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?
Gympass is a platform that allows you to access thousands of fitness studios and gyms around the world. You can even get personal trainers and nutritionists through one platform. With its range of features and resources, users have little excuse for why they should fail in their fitness goals.
Other highlights that Gympass provides include workout plans, tracking tools, and support from a huge Gympass Community.
Gympass, not Classpass
One of Gympass’s main competitions is Classpass. It is easy to see why, as both of them have similar-sounding names. One of the biggest differences between them is how they are presented and which markets they target.
To put it bluntly, Gympass is a service that sells its services to businesses and companies to be offered as a benefit to their employees. A Gympass Subscription is not available to individuals. Classpass is for individuals only.
Gympass is a corporate platform that helps companies to ensure their employees’ health and well-being. It can be used by the whole team to meet their health and lifestyle requirements.
Gympass benefits are offered by employers to employees. This gives them the best brand of well-being. Gympass strives to make well-being accessible and universal for all people.
As such, this makes Gympass a force that could change the fitness world. This unique system could revolutionize attitudes regarding health and well-being. It will not only positively impact the physical and mental health of the workforce but also have the potential to improve their mental health.

Many large companies have partnered with Gympass to offer their employees health and wellness benefits. This is a testament to Gympass’s legitimacy and reach.

Gympass for Employers
Gympass can be an awesome and novel benefit provider. Employers who give their employees Gympass subscriptions can give their employees a chance for a healthier lifestyle. It would be a benefit that they could use and not just some kind of pizza party.
Gympass employees will have access to many gyms and other facilities for active lifestyle activities such as running or climbing, meditation, yoga, and fitness classes. Employers can be sure their employees are well-informed and healthy.
Gympass allows corporations’ Human Resource departments to look at analytics and provide counsel that could help increase activity in their partner companies. Gympass is transparent so these companies don’t need to be concerned.
Gympass provides analytics and insight into employee activities. HR can use this information to make informed choices that benefit both the employees and the parent company.

How To Use Gympass
First of all, Gympass is not available to individual buyers. Gympass can only be purchased by companies. These companies and workplaces will offer Gympass to their employees as part of their benefits. Only the employees of these companies are allowed to sign up for Gympass.
A potential customer will receive an email if he is eligible to sign up for a Gympass subscription. This email will arrive within 30 days of the company partnering with Gympass. If the company is already partnered with Gympass, the new employee will receive it on the first day of work.
After downloading the Gympass app, the user can click on the Sign up button to register. The user will then choose the name of the Gympass company from which he/she received Gympass.
Your employed ID and work email will be used during the sign-up process. Your name might be one of the other required fields. You will receive an email with a 4-digit code after you sign up. Gyms With Free Guest Passes
The same email address that you used to register for Gympass is yours. Enter your four-digit code and then click “Finish Registration” to finish your registration process.
P.S. If you do not receive the four-digit verification code, please contact customer service. They will update your email and move forward with the registration process.
Activating Gympass Plans
To begin, you must understand which activities are available for each plan. It will vary depending on the plan you choose. Keep in mind that each company has a different value for the plans they offer. This will depend on how much Gympass costs your company.
Once you finish your registration, the available plans will be shown on the app. The prices indicate how much each plan costs. The payment method will also depend on your company’s contract with Gympass.
Gympass could be paid by either deducting the amount from your payroll or charging it to your credit card.
Your payment in the first month of Gympass will be bigger if you choose the payroll payment option.
Between the date you began using the app and the billing date for your company, you will be responsible for paying the entire amount and the proportional values.
Looking for a Gym
Now that you have registered for a Gympass account and have activated your plan, it is time to use it. The first thing you need to do is find a gym where you can exercise.
It is easy to find a gym.
Click on Search in your Gympass app and then browse the map. Of course, your GPS must be turned on and activated for the app to work correctly and accurately.
You can also look for a gym by searching for an address, activity, or by its name. Even when searching for a gym, you will need a Gympass account to see which one is connected to their network. Gyms With Free Guest Passes
The map will pull up and show you the nearest partner gyms to your GPS location. Click on the purple dots to learn more about the gym.
You can then click on the partner gym’s name to see which plan and activities are available when you go there.
Checking in to Gympass
Once you have found your gym, it’s time to check-in and use your Gympass.
You can only access a gym, participate in an activity or take part in a class if you check-in. As such, you must be in the gym or studio’s premises before checking in. The location is approximately 100m away.
You can also check-in on your mobile phone using the Gympass App.
After arriving at the activity’s site, open Gympass App. Click on the “Check in” tab. Select the current location and confirm your check in.
Sometimes, the gym or studio may not appear in your app. Check the following to see if this happens:
- Your plan is active
- Your plan should include a gym
- If the address of the gym in the App matches your geolocation address in your phone,
Also, you can only check in once per day. This means you can only visit one gym per day. You can visit multiple gyms within a single month. Gyms With Free Guest Passes
For Partner Apps, you do not need to check-in. Using them is free; you can access them whenever you want.
Managing Dependent Accounts
One good thing about Gympass is that it allows you to include your dependents in the app. However, this feature will depend on the discretion of your company. If your company offers this feature, then you are in luck.
Check your profile settings to see if this option is available. A “dependents tab” should appear if your company offers it. You cannot add family members to your Gympass accounts if this is not possible.
To manage the accounts of your family members, first, you must check if your plan is active. Then, you can register them. You can then create a password to activate a plan.
Up next, you must add a payment method for each family member. The maximum number of dependents you can add in Gympass is three persons. Your partner and your children are not considered dependents.
Each member of the family will have their own profile. These accounts will work in the same manner as regular Gympass accounts. They can search for gyms, check in for activities, and more. Gyms With Free Guest Passes
They can’t enjoy their account forever just because they have one. The corporate user can still change or cancel a plan for a family member.
The Gympass is only available to employees at certain companies. It might be easy to think that plans could be expensive. Well, nothing can be far from the truth.
Gympass is very affordable to all budget types. The company encourages active and healthy lifestyles through Gympass. Gympass plans start for as low as $11.99 per month.

I was lucky enough to be given access to Gympass in my work. Since it was already an added benefit, I went ahead and tried it.
Of course, I first subscribed to the most affordable plan, which is the starter plan.
I recommend that you check first which studios and gyms are open if your plan is to use their service. My case was fortunate enough to find a few Gympass partners in my area.
That said, there were times when I needed to travel, and that was when I arrived at my destination. Only the higher plans had access to the gyms. So during those times, I was out of luck.
Thankfully, virtual trainers were available for me during that period, and I took advantage of those. For these sessions, you can only book up to eight a month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.
Gympass has one thing that I love: I have to check in every day. Otherwise I have to pay a fee for missed appointments. This kind of incentivized me to follow my workout routines. Since I started the service, I have lost a lot of weight. Gyms With Free Guest Passes
As of today, I’m still using the app. In fact, I have since upgraded my plan. And I can say I am very happy that I did. Upgrading my plan allowed me to access more gyms and be studious. Some of these studios offered interesting activities, and most of them were enjoyable.

Gympass Final Thoughts
Gympass might be the future of fitness and active lifestyle, especially for employees. They have figured out a way to really promote health and wellness to employees of a company.
Gympass seems to be a win-win situation. The employee gets to stay fit, while the employer can keep them happy and boost their activity, energy, and performance.
As a result, it seems like both the employee and the employer have gotten their money’s worth for the service.
The only problem I see is that it is not available to single users. However, since Gympass has been earning more money with its business model, it seems that they have finally found something working for them.
