It is important to take care of your health and well-being. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. People are often so busy working that they don’t have the time to exercise, and instead use it for resting.
While it is not a company’s business regarding what their employees do in their free time, it would be in their interest to guide them toward a healthier and more active direction. After all, it is well known that regular exercise promotes health, and with healthy employees mean better results for the company.
It would be wrong for a company to force employees to exercise. Unless it is the army or some kind of job that requires its employees to be physically fit, such a requirement is not really necessary.
What is the best way to do this? It is a good idea to help them find what they want. It is important to offer them a way to exercise or go to the gym that is easy and convenient.
That is where Gympass comes in.
Here is a video from Adriano’s YouTube channel for those who like to see things. To get a comprehensive overview of Gympass, you may still want to check out our article below.
What is Gympass? Gympass Unicorn
Gympass is a health and fitness platform and application that helps users follow an active lifestyle. Gympass allows users to access different tools that can help them live a healthy life.
It was the brainchild three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa, and Vinicius Ferriani. These three are currently the highest-ranking members of the Gympass echelon.
Carvalho currently holds the Global Chief Executive Officer position and is currently located in New York City, New York. Joao Barbosa takes over the task as the Global Head of Partnerships or Gyms and is currently living in Milan, Lombardia, Italy. Lastly, Ferriani serves as a board member and adviser.
Often, people are discouraged by the difficulty of accessing something.
Take the early days of Netflix, for example. There was a drop in piracy rates when Netflix and online streaming were still in their infancy. This was because people finally found a single platform that carried everything they wanted to watch.
People were again unable to access certain shows when other streaming platforms came on the scene and made certain films or shows available only to them.
Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.
Despite the oversaturation of streaming platforms, piracy returned to a record high.
So how does this connect with Gympass? It can be viewed as an allegory.
Imagine Gympass being the streaming platform and the various gyms and health-related services the channels and shows. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?
Gympass, as a platform, provides access to thousands of gyms and fitness studios worldwide. You can even get personal trainers and nutritionists through one platform. Users have no excuse to fail in their fitness goals with the help of this range of resources and features.
Gympass also offers workout plans, tracking tools and support from a large Gympass community.

Gympass, not Classpass
One of Gympass’s main competitions is Classpass. Both have similar names, which is why it is easy to understand why. One of the biggest differences between them is how they are presented and which markets they target.
To put it bluntly, Gympass is a service that sells its services to businesses and companies to be offered as a benefit to their employees. A Gympass Subscription is not available to individuals. Classpass is for individuals only.
Gympass can be considered as a complete corporate platform that helps companies ensure the health and well-being of their employees. It can be used to meet the health and lifestyle needs of the entire team and their families.
When an employer gives Gympass benefits to its employees, it gives the best well-being brand to their fingertips. Gympass strives to make well-being accessible and universal for all people.
This makes Gympass an important force in the fitness industry. This unique system could revolutionize attitudes regarding health and well-being. It will not only positively impact the physical and mental health of the workforce but also have the potential to improve their mental health.

Sometimes the studio or gym may not show up in your app. Check the following to see if this happens:
- Your plan is active
- Your plan should include a gym
- If the address of the gym in the App matches your geolocation address in your phone,
Also, you can only check in once per day. This means you can only visit one gym per day. You can visit multiple gyms within a single month. Gympass Unicorn
You don’t need to log-in for Partner Apps. Using them is free; you can access them whenever you want.
Managing Dependent Accounts
One good thing about Gympass is that it allows you to include your dependents in the app. This feature is at the company’s discretion. This feature may be offered by your company.
You can check if this feature is available by looking at your profile settings. A “dependents tab” should appear if your company offers it. If not, you are not allowed to add family members to your Gympass account.
To manage the accounts of your family members, first, you must check if your plan is active. You can then register them. You can then create a password to activate a plan.
Next, add a payment method to each member of your family. You can only add three dependents to Gympass. Your partner and your children are not considered dependents.
Each family member will have their own profile and account. These accounts will work in the same manner as regular Gympass accounts. They can search for gyms, check in for activities, and more. Gympass Unicorn
Just because they have an account does not mean they can enjoy it permanently. The corporate user can still change or cancel a plan for a family member.

Gympass Experience
Gympass was an option that I was able to use in my job. Since it was already an added benefit, I went ahead and tried it.
Naturally, I subscribed first to the most economical plan, which was the starter plan.
One thing I would advise is that if you plan to avail of their service, You should check out which gyms and studios are available first. My case was fortunate enough to find a few Gympass partners in my area.
Nevertheless, I did need to travel at times. That was when I reached my destination. The gyms were only available for their higher plans. So during those times, I was out of luck.
Virtual trainers were readily available during this time, which I was able to take advantage of. These sessions can only be booked up to eight per month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.
One thing I like about Gympass is that I must check in daily. Otherwise I have to pay a fee for missed appointments. This kind of incentivized me to follow my workout routines. Since I started the service, I have lost a lot of weight. Gympass Unicorn
The app is still available to me as of today. Actually, I upgraded my plan. And I’m very happy I did. Upgrading my plan allowed me to access more gyms and be studious. These studios provided interesting activities that were most enjoyable.
