Gympass Through Insurance

gympass-review

Health and wellness are two very important things that nobody should neglect. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. People are often so busy working that they don’t have the time to exercise, and instead use it for resting.

Although it is not the company’s responsibility to determine what employees do with their time, it would be in their best interest to help them move in a more active and healthy direction. After all, it is well known that regular exercise promotes health, and with healthy employees mean better results for the company.

However, it would be wrong if the company mandates employees and forces them to an exercise regimen. This is not necessary unless the company has an army or other job that requires employees to be fit.

So what would be a good way to go about this? It is a good idea to help them find what they want. It is best to provide them with a good and accessible way to pursue exercise or go to the gym.

That is where Gympass comes in.

What is Gympass? Gympass Through Insurance

Gympass, a platform and app for health and fitness that encourages users to live an active lifestyle, is Gympass. Gympass allows users to access different tools that can help them live a healthy life.

It is the brainchild of three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa, and Vinicius Ferriani. These three are currently the highest-ranking members of the Gympass echelon.

Carvalho is currently the Global Chief Executive Officer and is currently based in New York City. Joao Barbosa takes over the task as the Global Head of Partnerships or Gyms and is currently living in Milan, Lombardia, Italy. Lastly, Ferriani serves as a board member and adviser.

Often, people are discouraged by the difficulty of accessing something.

Take the early days of Netflix, for example. There was a drop in piracy rates when Netflix and online streaming were still in their infancy. People finally found one platform that offered everything they needed.

When other streaming platforms were introduced in the market and made certain films or shows exclusive to their platforms, people once again found it difficult to access certain shows.

Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.

Despite streaming platforms becoming saturated, piracy has returned to an all-time high.

So how does this connect with Gympass? It can be viewed as an allegory.

Imagine Gympass being the streaming platform and the various gyms and health-related services the channels and shows. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?

Gympass is a platform that allows you to access thousands of fitness studios and gyms around the world. These even include personal trainers and nutritionists all in one service. Users have no excuse to fail in their fitness goals with the help of this range of resources and features.

After you have completed your registration, the app will display the available plans. Prices indicate the cost of each plan. Your company’s contract will determine the payment method.

Gympass can be paid either by deducting it from your payroll, or charging it to you credit card.

If you select the payroll payment option, your first month’s Gympass payment will be larger.

Looking for a Gym

Now that you have registered for a Gympass account and have activated your plan, it is time to use it. Of course, the first step would be to find a gym to work out in.

It is easy to find a gym.

On your Gympass App, click on Search and then browse the map. Of course, your GPS must be turned on and activated for the app to work correctly and accurately.

A gym can be found by searching by an activity, address or name. Even when searching for a gym, you will need a Gympass account to see which one is connected to their network. Gympass Through Insurance

The map will pull up and show you the nearest partner gyms to your GPS location. If you want to find out more details about the gym, click on the purple dots.

Click on the name of the partner gym to view which plans and activities are available.

Checking in to Gympass

Now that you’ve found your gym, it is time to check in and use your Gympass.

Check-in in is the only way to access a gym, do an activity, or join a live class. As such, you must be in the gym or studio’s premises before checking in. A good distance is about 100 meters near the location.

You can also check-in on your mobile phone using the Gympass App.

Upon arriving at the activity’s location, open your Gympass App and then click on the “Check In” tab. Select the current location and confirm your check in.

Sometimes the studio or gym may not show up in your app. Check the following to see if this happens:

  1. Your plan is active
  2. The gym is part of your plan
  3. If the gym’s address in the App matches the geolocation address in your cell phone

You can only check-in once per day. This means you can only visit one gym per day. But you can also go to different gyms in one month. Gympass Through Insurance

You don’t need to log-in for Partner Apps. Using them is free; you can access them whenever you want.

Managing Dependent Accounts

Gympass allows you to add your dependents into the app. This is a great feature. This feature is at the company’s discretion. If your company offers this feature, then you are in luck.

You can check if this feature is available by looking at your profile settings. If your company offers this feature, a “dependents tab” should be visible. If not, you are not allowed to add family members to your Gympass account.

First, check to see if your plan has been activated before you can manage the accounts for your family members. Then, you can register them. Create a password and then activate a plan.

Up next, you must add a payment method for each family member. You can only add three dependents to Gympass. Only your partner and children are considered as dependents.

Each family member will have their own profile and account. These accounts will work in the same manner as regular Gympass accounts. They can search for gyms, check in for activities, and more. Gympass Through Insurance

Just because they have an account does not mean they can enjoy it permanently. The corporate user can still change or cancel a plan for a family member.

Gympass Experience

I was lucky enough to be given access to Gympass in my work. Since it was already an added benefit, I went ahead and tried it.

Naturally, I subscribed first to the most economical plan, which was the starter plan.

One thing I would advise is that if you plan to avail of their service, You should check out which gyms and studios are available first. In my case, I was lucky enough that there were a few who were partnering with Gympass in my area.

Nevertheless, I did need to travel at times. That was when I reached my destination. The gyms were only available for their higher plans. During those times, I was out luck.

Thankfully, virtual trainers were available for me during that period, and I took advantage of those. These sessions can only be booked up to eight per month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.

Gympass has one thing that I love: I have to check in every day. If I miss an appointment, I must pay a fee. This kind of incentivized me to follow my workout routines. Lo and behold, I’ve lost a lot of weight since starting the service. Gympass Through Insurance

The app is still available to me as of today. Actually, I upgraded my plan. And I can say I am very happy that I did. Upgrading my plan allowed me to access more gyms and be studious. Some of these studios offered interesting activities, and most of them were enjoyable.
