Gympass Silver Plan

gympass-review

Health and wellness are two very important things that nobody should neglect. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. Often, people are too busy working that what they have time for exercise is used for resting.

While it is not a company’s business regarding what their employees do in their free time, it would be in their interest to guide them toward a healthier and more active direction. After all, it is well known that regular exercise promotes health, and with healthy employees mean better results for the company.

However, it would be wrong if the company mandates employees and forces them to an exercise regimen. Unless it is the army or some kind of job that requires its employees to be physically fit, such a requirement is not really necessary.

What is the best way to do this? Well, a good place to start would be to guide them toward what you want. It is important to offer them a way to exercise or go to the gym that is easy and convenient.

This is where Gympass steps in.

What is Gympass? Gympass Silver Plan

Gympass is a health and fitness platform and application that helps users follow an active lifestyle. Gympass allows users to access different tools that can help them live a healthy life.

It is the brainchild of three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa, and Vinicius Ferriani. Currently, these three serve as the higher-ups of the Gympass echelon.

Carvalho is currently the Global Chief Executive Officer and is currently based in New York City. Joao Barbosa assumes the role of Global Head of Partnerships/Gyms. He is currently residing in Milan, Lombardia. Ferriani is also a member of the board and an adviser.

More often than not, it is the lack of easy access to something that discourages people from doing that certain thing.

Take the early days of Netflix, for example. There was a drop in piracy rates when Netflix and online streaming were still in their infancy. People finally found one platform that offered everything they needed.

People were again unable to access certain shows when other streaming platforms came on the scene and made certain films or shows available only to them.

Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.

Despite the oversaturation of streaming platforms, piracy returned to a record high.

How does this relate to Gympass? It can be viewed as an allegory.

Imagine if Gympass is the streaming platform while the different gyms and other health-related services are the different shows and channels. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?

Gympass is a platform that allows you to access thousands of fitness studios and gyms around the world. You can even get personal trainers and nutritionists through one platform. Users have no excuse to fail in their fitness goals with the help of this range of resources and features.

Gympass also offers workout plans, tracking tools and support from a large Gympass community.

Gympass not Classpass

Classpass is Gympass’s most popular competition. Both have similar names, which is why it is easy to understand why. One of the biggest differences between them is how they are presented and which markets they target.

Gympass, as the name suggests, is a service that sells services to companies and businesses to be used by employees. As an individual, you cannot buy a Gympass Subscription. Classpass is for individuals only.

Gympass can be considered as a complete corporate platform that helps companies ensure the health and well-being of their employees. It can be used to meet the health and lifestyle needs of the entire team and their families.

When an employer gives Gympass benefits to its employees, it gives the best well-being brand to their fingertips. Gympass strives to make well-being accessible and universal for all people.

This makes Gympass an important force in the fitness industry. This unique system could revolutionize attitudes regarding health and well-being. It will not only positively impact the physical and mental health of the workforce but also have the potential to improve their mental health.

The Gympass Reach

Many large companies have partnered with Gympass to offer their employees health and wellness benefits. This is a testament to Gympass’s legitimacy and reach.

How To Use Gympass

Signing Up

Gympass is not offered to individuals. Gympass can only be purchased by companies. These companies and workplaces will offer Gympass to their employees as part of their benefits. Gympass is only available to employees of these companies.

A potential customer will receive an email if he is eligible to sign up for a Gympass subscription. This email will arrive within 30 days of the company partnering with Gympass. If the company is already partnered with Gympass, the new employee will receive it on the first day of work.

The user will then download the Gympass App and click the Sign-up button to sign up. From there, he or she will select the name of the company that offered Gympass to you.

Sign-up will require your employed ID and email address. Other required fields might include your name. You will receive an email with a 4-digit code after you sign up. Gympass Silver Plan

Use the same email that your company used to register you to Gympass. Enter your four-digit code and then click “Finish Registration” to finish your registration process.

P.S. If you do not receive the four-digit verification code, please contact customer service. They will update your email and move forward with the registration process.

Activating Gympass Plans

To begin, you must understand which activities are available for each plan. This will depend on which plan you choose to avail with. Remember that the value of the available plans differs from company to company. This will depend on how much Gympass costs your company.

Once you finish your registration, the available plans will be shown on the app. Prices indicate the cost of each plan. The payment method will also depend on your company’s contract with Gympass.

Gympass can be paid either by deducting it from your payroll, or charging it to you credit card.

If you select the payroll payment option, your first month’s Gympass payment will be larger.

You will need to pay for the full amount of your chosen plan and the proportional value between the day you started using the app and your company’s determined billing date.

Looking for a Gym

After you have created a Gympass account, and activated your plan it is now time to start using it. The first thing you need to do is find a gym where you can exercise.

It is easy to find a gym.

On your Gympass App, click on Search and then browse the map. To make the app work properly and accurately, you must have your GPS activated and turned on.

A gym can be found by searching by an activity, address or name. To find a gym that is connected to the network, you’ll need a Gympass Account. Gympass Silver Plan

The map will then pull up and indicate the closest partner gyms from your GPS location. If you want to find out more details about the gym, click on the purple dots.

Click on the name of the partner gym to view which plans and activities are available.

Checking in to Gympass

Now that you’ve found your gym, it is time to check in and use your Gympass.

You can only access a gym, participate in an activity or take part in a class if you check-in. You must be present at the studio or gym before you can check in. The location is approximately 100m away.

Check-in should also be done on your cell phone with the Gympass App.

After arriving at the activity’s site, open Gympass App. Click on the “Check in” tab. Choose the location which you are currently visiting and then confirm your check-in.

Sometimes, the gym or studio may not appear in your app. If this happens, check if the following:

  1. Your plan is active
  2. The gym is part of your plan
  3. If the gym’s address in the App matches the geolocation address in your cell phone

You can only check-in once per day. This means you can only visit one gym per day. You can visit multiple gyms within a single month. Gympass Silver Plan

For Partner Apps, you do not need to check-in. Using them is free; you can access them whenever you want.

Managing Dependent Accounts

Gympass allows you to add your dependents into the app. This is a great feature. However, this feature will depend on the discretion of your company. If your company offers this feature, then you are in luck.

Check your profile settings to see if this option is available. If your company offers this feature, a “dependents tab” should be visible. If not, you are not allowed to add family members to your Gympass account.

First, check to see if your plan has been activated before you can manage the accounts for your family members. You can then register them. Create a password and then activate a plan.

Up next, you must add a payment method for each family member. You can only add three dependents to Gympass. Only your partner and children are considered as dependents.

Each member of the family will have their own profile. These accounts will work in the same manner as regular Gympass accounts. They can search for gyms, check in for activities, and more. Gympass Silver Plan

Just because they have an account does not mean they can enjoy it permanently. A corporate user can cancel or change a plan for a family member.

Gympass Experience

Gympass was an option that I was able to use in my job. It was an added benefit so I tried it.

Naturally, I subscribed first to the most economical plan, which was the starter plan.

I recommend that you check first which studios and gyms are open if your plan is to use their service. In my case, I was lucky enough that there were a few who were partnering with Gympass in my area.

That said, there were times when I needed to travel, and that was when I arrived at my destination. The gyms were only available for their higher plans. During those times, I was out luck.

Virtual trainers were readily available during this time, which I was able to take advantage of. These sessions can only be booked up to eight per month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.

One thing I like about Gympass is that I must check in daily. Otherwise I have to pay a fee for missed appointments. I was incentivized to stick with my workout regimens. Lo and behold, I’ve lost a lot of weight since starting the service. Gympass Silver Plan

The app is still available to me as of today. Actually, I upgraded my plan. And I can say I am very happy that I did. Upgrading my plan allowed me to access more gyms and be studious. These studios provided interesting activities that were most enjoyable.

Gympass Final Thoughts

Gympass could be the future for fitness and an active lifestyle, especially for employees. They found a way to promote wellness and health for employees.

Gympass seems to be a win-win situation. The employee gets to stay fit, while the employer can keep them happy and boost their activity, energy, and performance.

As a result, it seems like both the employee and the employer have gotten their money’s worth for the service.

I guess the only glaring downside would be the fact that it is unavailable to single users. Gympass seems to have found a solution that works for them, as they are now making more money from their business model.
