Gympass Itau

gympass-review

It is important to take care of your health and well-being. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. Often, people are too busy working that what they have time for exercise is used for resting.

While it is not a company’s business regarding what their employees do in their free time, it would be in their interest to guide them toward a healthier and more active direction. Regular exercise is known to improve health and lead to better company results.

However, it would be wrong if the company mandates employees and forces them to an exercise regimen. Unless it is the army or some kind of job that requires its employees to be physically fit, such a requirement is not really necessary.

So what would be a good way to go about this? It is a good idea to help them find what they want. It is best to provide them with a good and accessible way to pursue exercise or go to the gym.

This is where Gympass steps in.

What is Gympass? Gympass Itau

Gympass is a health and fitness platform and application that helps users follow an active lifestyle. Gympass makes it possible for users to have access to different tools that allow for a healthy lifestyle.

It was the brainchild three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa and Vinicius Feriani. These three are currently the highest-ranking members of the Gympass echelon.

Carvalho is currently the Global Chief Executive Officer and is currently based in New York City. Joao Barbosa assumes the role of Global Head of Partnerships/Gyms. He is currently residing in Milan, Lombardia. Ferriani is also a member of the board and an adviser.

More often than not, it is the lack of easy access to something that discourages people from doing that certain thing.

Take the early days of Netflix, for example. There was a drop in piracy rates when Netflix and online streaming were still in their infancy. People finally found one platform that offered everything they needed.

When other streaming platforms were introduced in the market and made certain films or shows exclusive to their platforms, people once again found it difficult to access certain shows.

Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.

Despite the oversaturation of streaming platforms, piracy returned to a record high.

So how does this connect with Gympass? It can be viewed as an allegory.

Imagine if Gympass is the streaming platform while the different gyms and other health-related services are the different shows and channels. It would make sense for people who have easy access to the gym to go to the gym.

Gympass is a platform that allows you to access thousands of fitness studios and gyms around the world. You can even get personal trainers and nutritionists through one platform. With its range of features and resources, users have little excuse for why they should fail in their fitness goals.

Other highlights that Gympass provides include workout plans, tracking tools, and support from a huge Gympass Community.

Gympass not Classpass

One of Gympass’s main competitions is Classpass. Both have similar names, which is why it is easy to understand why. One of the biggest differences between them is how they are presented and which markets they target.

To put it bluntly, Gympass is a service that sells its services to businesses and companies to be offered as a benefit to their employees. As an individual, you cannot buy a Gympass Subscription. Classpass is for individuals only.

Gympass can be considered as a complete corporate platform that helps companies ensure the health and well-being of their employees. It can be used by the whole team to meet their health and lifestyle requirements.

When an employer gives Gympass benefits to its employees, it gives the best well-being brand to their fingertips. Gympass strives to make well-being accessible and universal for all people.

This makes Gympass an important force in the fitness industry. This unique system could revolutionize attitudes regarding health and well-being. Not only will it positively impact the physical health of the workforce, but it also has the potential to benefit their mental health too.

As a sign of Gympass’s reach and legitimacy, plenty of major companies use their services and provide their employees with health and wellness benefits.

The user will then download the Gympass App and click the Sign-up button to sign up. From there, he or she will select the name of the company that offered Gympass to you.

Sign-up will require your employed ID and email address. Other required fields might include your name. You will receive an email with a 4-digit code after you sign up. Gympass Itau

Use the same email that your company used to register you to Gympass. To complete your registration, enter your four-digit code. Click “Finish Registration”

P.S. If you do not receive the four-digit verification code, please contact customer service. They will update your email and move forward with the registration process.

Plans for activating the Gympass

You must first understand the activities available with each plan. This will depend on which plan you choose to avail with. Keep in mind that each company has a different value for the plans they offer. This will depend on how much Gympass costs your company.

Once you finish your registration, the available plans will be shown on the app. The prices indicate how much each plan costs. The payment method will also depend on your company’s contract with Gympass.

Gympass can be paid either by deducting it from your payroll, or charging it to you credit card.

If you select the payroll payment option, your first month’s Gympass payment will be larger.

Between the date you began using the app and the billing date for your company, you will be responsible for paying the entire amount and the proportional values.

Looking for a Gym

Now that you have registered for a Gympass account and have activated your plan, it is time to use it. Of course, the first step would be to find a gym to work out in.

It is easy to find a gym.

Click on Search in your Gympass app and then browse the map. Of course, your GPS must be turned on and activated for the app to work correctly and accurately.

A gym can be found by searching by an activity, address or name. To find a gym that is connected to the network, you’ll need a Gympass Account. Gympass Itau

The map will then pull up and indicate the closest partner gyms from your GPS location. If you want to find out more details about the gym, click on the purple dots.

Click on the name of the partner gym to view which plans and activities are available.

Checking in to Gympass

Once you have found your gym, it’s time to check-in and use your Gympass.

You can only access a gym, participate in an activity or take part in a class if you check-in. You must be present at the studio or gym before you can check in. The location is approximately 100m away.

Check-in should also be done on your cell phone with the Gympass App.

After arriving at the activity’s site, open Gympass App. Click on the “Check in” tab. Select the current location and confirm your check in.

Sometimes the studio or gym may not show up in your app. If this happens, check if the following:

  1. Your plan is active
  2. Your plan should include a gym
  3. If the gym’s address in the App matches the geolocation address in your cell phone

You can only check-in once per day. You can only visit one gym each day. But you can also go to different gyms in one month. Gympass Itau

You don’t need to log-in for Partner Apps. Using them is free; you can access them whenever you want.

Managing Dependent Accounts

One good thing about Gympass is that it allows you to include your dependents in the app. However, this feature will depend on the discretion of your company. If your company offers this feature, then you are in luck.

You can check if this feature is available by looking at your profile settings. If your company offers this feature, a “dependents tab” should be visible. If not, you are not allowed to add family members to your Gympass account.

First, check to see if your plan has been activated before you can manage the accounts for your family members. Then, you can register them. Create a password and then activate a plan.

Next, add a payment method to each member of your family. The maximum number of dependents you can add in Gympass is three persons. Only your partner and children are considered as dependents.

Each member of the family will have their own profile. These accounts will function in the same way as regular Gympass accounts, where they can search for gyms and check in for activities. Gympass Itau

They can’t enjoy their account forever just because they have one. A corporate user can cancel or change a plan for a family member.

Gympass Experience

I was lucky enough to be given access to Gympass in my work. Since it was already an added benefit, I went ahead and tried it.

Of course, I first subscribed to the most affordable plan, which is the starter plan.

I recommend that you check first which studios and gyms are open if your plan is to use their service. My case was fortunate enough to find a few Gympass partners in my area.

That said, there were times when I needed to travel, and that was when I arrived at my destination. The gyms were only available for their higher plans. So during those times, I was out of luck.

Thankfully, virtual trainers were available for me during that period, and I took advantage of those. These sessions can only be booked up to eight per month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.

Gympass has one thing that I love: I have to check in every day. If I miss an appointment, I must pay a fee. I was incentivized to stick with my workout regimens. Lo and behold, I’ve lost a lot of weight since starting the service. Gympass Itau

As of today, I’m still using the app. In fact, I have since upgraded my plan. And I can say I am very happy that I did. I was able to use more gyms and study at my new plan. These studios provided interesting activities that were most enjoyable.
