How to Use Gympass
Signing Up
First of all, Gympass is not available to individual buyers. Gympass can only be purchased by companies. These companies and workplaces will offer Gympass to their employees as part of their benefits. Only the employees of these companies are allowed to sign up for Gympass.
If a potential customer is eligible, he will be notified by email. The email will be sent within 30 days after the company partners with Gympass. If the company is already partnered with Gympass, the new employee will receive it on the first day of work.
After downloading the Gympass app, the user can click on the Sign up button to register. The user will then choose the name of the Gympass company from which he/she received Gympass.
Sign-up will require your employed ID and email address. Other required fields might include your name. After the sign-up process, you will be given a 4-digit code through email. Gympass Ireland

After you have created a Gympass account, and activated your plan it is now time to start using it. The first thing you need to do is find a gym where you can exercise.
Looking for a gym is a very straightforward process.
Click on Search in your Gympass app and then browse the map. To make the app work properly and accurately, you must have your GPS activated and turned on.
A gym can be found by searching by an activity, address or name. Even when searching for a gym, you will need a Gympass account to see which one is connected to their network. Gympass Ireland
The map will pull up and show you the nearest partner gyms to your GPS location. Click on the purple dots to learn more about the gym.
You can then click on the partner gym’s name to see which plan and activities are available when you go there.
Checking in to Gympass
Now that you’ve found your gym, it is time to check in and use your Gympass.
You can only access a gym, participate in an activity or take part in a class if you check-in. You must be present at the studio or gym before you can check in. The location is approximately 100m away.
You can also check-in on your mobile phone using the Gympass App.
After arriving at the activity’s site, open Gympass App. Click on the “Check in” tab. Select the current location and confirm your check in.
Sometimes, the gym or studio may not appear in your app. If this happens, check if the following:

- If the gym’s address in the App matches the geolocation address in your cell phone

Gympass Experience
Gympass was an option that I was able to use in my job. It was an added benefit so I tried it.
Naturally, I subscribed first to the most economical plan, which was the starter plan.
I recommend that you check first which studios and gyms are open if your plan is to use their service. In my case, I was lucky enough that there were a few who were partnering with Gympass in my area.
Nevertheless, I did need to travel at times. That was when I reached my destination. Only the higher plans had access to the gyms. During those times, I was out luck.
Thankfully, virtual trainers were available for me during that period, and I took advantage of those. These sessions can only be booked up to eight per month. So you put a conscious effort if you want to book those from time to time.
One thing I like about Gympass is that I must check in daily. If I miss an appointment, I must pay a fee. I was incentivized to stick with my workout regimens. Since I started the service, I have lost a lot of weight. Gympass Ireland
