It is important to take care of your health and well-being. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. People are often so busy working that they don’t have the time to exercise, and instead use it for resting.
While it is not a company’s business regarding what their employees do in their free time, it would be in their interest to guide them toward a healthier and more active direction. Regular exercise is known to improve health and lead to better company results.
However, it would be wrong if the company mandates employees and forces them to an exercise regimen. This is not necessary unless the company has an army or other job that requires employees to be fit.
So what would be a good way to go about this? It is a good idea to help them find what they want. It is best to provide them with a good and accessible way to pursue exercise or go to the gym.
This is where Gympass steps in.
Here is a video from Adriano’s YouTube channel for those who like to see things. To get a comprehensive overview of Gympass, you may still want to check out our article below.
What is Gympass? Gympass Europe
Gympass is a health and fitness platform and application that helps users follow an active lifestyle. Gympass allows users to access different tools that can help them live a healthy life.
It was the brainchild three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa, and Vinicius Ferriani. Currently, these three serve as the higher-ups of the Gympass echelon.
Carvalho currently holds the Global Chief Executive Officer position and is currently located in New York City, New York. Joao Barbosa assumes the role of Global Head of Partnerships/Gyms. He is currently residing in Milan, Lombardia. Ferriani is also a member of the board and an adviser.
Often, people are discouraged by the difficulty of accessing something.
Consider the early days for Netflix. There was a drop in piracy rates when Netflix and online streaming were still in their infancy. People finally found one platform that offered everything they needed.
People were again unable to access certain shows when other streaming platforms came on the scene and made certain films or shows available only to them.
Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.
Despite the oversaturation of streaming platforms, piracy returned to a record high.
How does this relate to Gympass? Well, think of it as an allegory.
Imagine if Gympass is the streaming platform while the different gyms and other health-related services are the different shows and channels. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?
Gympass, as a platform, provides access to thousands of gyms and fitness studios worldwide. You can even get personal trainers and nutritionists through one platform. Users have no excuse to fail in their fitness goals with the help of this range of resources and features.

Gympass Experience
Gympass was an option that I was able to use in my job. It was an added benefit so I tried it.
Naturally, I subscribed first to the most economical plan, which was the starter plan.
I recommend that you check first which studios and gyms are open if your plan is to use their service. My case was fortunate enough to find a few Gympass partners in my area.
That said, there were times when I needed to travel, and that was when I arrived at my destination. Only the higher plans had access to the gyms. During those times, I was out luck.
Virtual trainers were readily available during this time, which I was able to take advantage of. For these sessions, you can only book up to eight a month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.
One thing I like about Gympass is that I must check in daily. If I miss an appointment, I must pay a fee. I was incentivized to stick with my workout regimens. Lo and behold, I’ve lost a lot of weight since starting the service. Gympass Europe
As of today, I’m still using the app. Actually, I upgraded my plan. And I can say I am very happy that I did. I was able to use more gyms and study at my new plan. These studios provided interesting activities that were most enjoyable.
