It is important to take care of your health and well-being. With the way the world works, not everyone has the time or energy to exercise regularly and meditate. People are often so busy working that they don’t have the time to exercise, and instead use it for resting.
While it is not a company’s business regarding what their employees do in their free time, it would be in their interest to guide them toward a healthier and more active direction. Regular exercise is known to improve health and lead to better company results.
However, it would be wrong if the company mandates employees and forces them to an exercise regimen. This is not necessary unless the company has an army or other job that requires employees to be fit.
So what would be a good way to go about this? Well, a good place to start would be to guide them toward what you want. It is important to offer them a way to exercise or go to the gym that is easy and convenient.
This is where Gympass steps in.
For those of you who prefer a more visual experience, here is a video review from Adriano Pianesi on his YouTube channel. You may want to read our article for a more comprehensive review of Gympass.
What is Gympass? Get Plan B Free
Gympass, a platform and app for health and fitness that encourages users to live an active lifestyle, is Gympass. Gympass allows users to access different tools that can help them live a healthy life.
It was the brainchild three entrepreneurs. Cesar Carvalho. Joao Barbosa and Vinicius Feriani. Currently, these three serve as the higher-ups of the Gympass echelon.
Carvalho is currently the Global Chief Executive Officer and is currently based in New York City. Joao Barbosa assumes the role of Global Head of Partnerships/Gyms. He is currently residing in Milan, Lombardia. Lastly, Ferriani serves as a board member and adviser.
Often, people are discouraged by the difficulty of accessing something.
Consider the early days for Netflix. There was a drop in piracy rates when Netflix and online streaming were still in their infancy. People finally found one platform that offered everything they needed.
When other streaming platforms were introduced in the market and made certain films or shows exclusive to their platforms, people once again found it difficult to access certain shows.
Many people returned to piracy because of the competition and high levels of saturation on these websites.
Despite streaming platforms becoming saturated, piracy has returned to an all-time high.
So how does this connect with Gympass? It can be viewed as an allegory.
Imagine Gympass being the streaming platform and the various gyms and health-related services the channels and shows. Wouldn’t it make sense for people to get up and try the gym because they have easy access to it?
Gympass, as a platform, provides access to thousands of gyms and fitness studios worldwide. You can even get personal trainers and nutritionists through one platform. With its range of features and resources, users have little excuse for why they should fail in their fitness goals.
Other highlights that Gympass provides include workout plans, tracking tools, and support from a huge Gympass Community.

Gympass, not Classpass
Classpass is Gympass’s most popular competition. It is easy to see why, as both of them have similar-sounding names. One of the biggest differences between them is how they are presented and which markets they target.
To put it bluntly, Gympass is a service that sells its services to businesses and companies to be offered as a benefit to their employees. As an individual, you cannot buy a Gympass Subscription. Meanwhile, Classpass is only for individuals.
Gympass can be considered as a complete corporate platform that helps companies ensure the health and well-being of their employees. It can be used by the whole team to meet their health and lifestyle requirements.
When an employer gives Gympass benefits to its employees, it gives the best well-being brand to their fingertips. As such, Gympass aims to make well-being universal and accessible no matter the person.
As such, this makes Gympass a force that could change the fitness world. This unique system could revolutionize attitudes regarding health and well-being. Not only will it positively impact the physical health of the workforce, but it also has the potential to benefit their mental health too.

The map will then pull up and indicate the closest partner gyms from your GPS location. If you want to find out more details about the gym, click on the purple dots.
You can then click on the partner gym’s name to see which plan and activities are available when you go there.
Gympass: Check in
Once you have found your gym, it’s time to check-in and use your Gympass.
You can only access a gym, participate in an activity or take part in a class if you check-in. You must be present at the studio or gym before you can check in. A good distance is about 100 meters near the location.
Check-in should also be done on your cell phone with the Gympass App.
After arriving at the activity’s site, open Gympass App. Click on the “Check in” tab. Select the current location and confirm your check in.
Sometimes the studio or gym may not show up in your app. If this happens, check if the following:
- Your plan is active
- The gym is part of your plan
- If the gym’s address in the App matches the geolocation address in your cell phone
You can only check-in once per day. This means you can only visit one gym per day. You can visit multiple gyms within a single month. Get Plan B Free

Managing Dependent Accounts
One good thing about Gympass is that it allows you to include your dependents in the app. This feature is at the company’s discretion. This feature may be offered by your company.
You can check if this feature is available by looking at your profile settings. A “dependents tab” should appear if your company offers it. You cannot add family members to your Gympass accounts if this is not possible.
First, check to see if your plan has been activated before you can manage the accounts for your family members. Then, you can register them. Create a password and then activate a plan.
Up next, you must add a payment method for each family member. You can only add three dependents to Gympass. Only your partner and children are considered as dependents.
Each family member will have their own profile and account. These accounts will function in the same way as regular Gympass accounts, where they can search for gyms and check in for activities. Get Plan B Free
Just because they have an account does not mean they can enjoy it permanently. The corporate user can still change or cancel a plan for a family member.

Gympass Experience
Gympass was an option that I was able to use in my job. Since it was already an added benefit, I went ahead and tried it.
Of course, I first subscribed to the most affordable plan, which is the starter plan.
One thing I would advise is that if you plan to avail of their service, You should check out which gyms and studios are available first. My case was fortunate enough to find a few Gympass partners in my area.
Nevertheless, I did need to travel at times. That was when I reached my destination. The gyms were only available for their higher plans. During those times, I was out luck.
Virtual trainers were readily available during this time, which I was able to take advantage of. These sessions can only be booked up to eight per month. If you are interested in booking these sessions, you will need to make an effort.
One thing I like about Gympass is that I must check in daily. Otherwise I have to pay a fee for missed appointments. This kind of incentivized me to follow my workout routines. Lo and behold, I’ve lost a lot of weight since starting the service. Get Plan B Free
The app is still available to me as of today. Actually, I upgraded my plan. And I’m very happy I did. I was able to use more gyms and study at my new plan. These studios provided interesting activities that were most enjoyable.

Gympass might be the future of fitness and active lifestyle, especially for employees. They have figured out a way to really promote health and wellness to employees of a company.
Gympass seems to be a win-win situation. The employee gets to stay fit, while the employer can keep them happy and boost their activity, energy, and performance.
It seems that both the employer and employee have received their fair share of the service.
The only problem I see is that it is not available to single users. However, since Gympass has been earning more money with its business model, it seems that they have finally found something working for them.
